Dr Charles Edwin Iliff was born 16 Feb 1911, Cincinnati, Ohio; died 19 Aug 1997, Hilton Head, SC.

Notes:

Charles E. Iliff III, M.D. first married Elizabeth Jackson
Haines in 1936. They were divorced in 1963, and he married
Helen Johns Ossofsky, her third marriage. That marriage
ended in divorce in 1964, after which Charles E. Iliff, III
remarried Elizabeth. After her death in 1985, he married
Esther Marting Fabing, who died approximately a month after
their marriage. Charles E. Iliff, III then remarried Helen
Johns Ossofsky Iliff, in 1987, and remained married until
his death.
