Description: Correction to biography published in newspaper. With DNA texting now available, the claim that James A Wood was a descendant of the Duke of Argyll or related to the Michael Woods family that settled in the same area of Botetourt have been proven false. The YDNA (J-M172) has been traced to the borders area of Scotland and the family is related to the Robinson/Roberson families of that area and also to an Algerian trader that came to that area.
