Continental Congress Member. The brother of Congressman John Page, he graduated from the College of William and Mary, studied law and was admitted to the bar. Page was a member of the House of Burgesses, and moved to Spotsylvania County to establish "Mannsfield," an estate near Fredericksburg. A supporter of the Revolution, he was elected to the Continental Congress in 1777 and served one term. He died at Mannsfield and was interred in the estate's family cemetery. Mannsfield was destroyed during the Civil War, but a small portion of it is included in the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park.
