Note: Richard Parker of the County & Parish of Henrico, for love & affection to my daughter Anne, wife of James Daniel, land called Beachen Run, bounded by Lewises branch, 100 acres. Witnesses: John Woodson, Thomas Owen.
Elizabeth, wife of Parker relinquished her dower right.
Similar gifts were made the same day to Richard Parker's two other daughters: Elizabeth, wife of William Atkinson and Mary, wife of Lewis Jenkins.
NOTE: This land bounded on that of John Woodson, brother of Benjamin Woodson, whose daughter Elizabeth would later marry James Daniel, Jr., son of James Daniel and Ann Parker.
