TABLET AT YORKTOWN LISTS THOSE KILLED DURING REVOLUTIONARY WAR BATTLE BY Hugh S. Watson Jr., a Peninsula Genealogist.

The above researcher has arrived at some conclusions regarding this Theodorick who is the s/o John Carter and Mary Cunningham. These conclusions are proved incorrect by the Chancery Record stating that this Theo died intestate and showing his brothers and sisters as his heirs.

This is just one source of inaccurate information, but is interesting to the reader, never-the-less.
