Hannah was the daughter of William Cook and Hannah Phillips of Maidenhead Twp., old Hunterdon Co., NJ (now Lawrence Twp., Mercer Co.). She is presumed to have been born there, where her and her siblings' births are recorded. However, she is also referred to as "Hannah Cook of Trenton."
She married Benjamin Hart in the 1740s. See his memorial for details about their children. She died before 6 May 1801, when her husband made his will. They lived in old Trenton Twp., in the area now Ewing, near the present day border with Lawrence. She is presumed to have died there, though the date is unknown.
Gravesite Details
Hannah might be buried in Ewing Church Cemetery with other family members; however, no gravestone survives there for her.
