Would like to speak with anyone who has any knowledge about Beverly Barksdale #1 and his first wife Anne Terry while they lived in Pittsyvalnia County.Anne died and Beverly moved to Brooklyn in Halifax Co. and remarried.

Will of Joseph Terry Sr. Dec 4,1785
pitts db 2p148
Lists fourth child as Anna Barksdale
Also one of his executors was Beverly Barksdale
Joseph Terry from Goochland co va
Josephs wife was Judith Crawford
Joseph's first purchased land in what became Pitts co at the time Lunenburg in 1747 on turkey cock cr near the current pitts/henry line. I would assume he moved into this area shortly after as he pops up numerous times in the 1750-1760 in halifax and pitts records
Rebecca Webb
Beverly Barksdale was his friend and neighbor (possibly related?) Beverly was mentioned in John's will as was Samuel Carter.
