    m I. John HUDSPETH was born in Henrico County, Virginia,
    about 1771.
    m II. Ralph HUDSPETH was born in Surry County, North
    Carolina, in 1772. He died in Morgan County, Illinois, on
    October 14, 1851, at the age of 79.
    The 1790 Surry Co., Census shows only one child under 16 years of age. Mary Vaughn Hudspeth is married to Samuel Parks in 1785; they had one son, Thomas Branson Parks, Birth 1778, Guilford, North Carolina, Death 15 MAY 1852, Parks Crossroads, Randolph County, North Carolina. Her son Thomas Parks would be 12 years old for this census.
