      WILMA LOUISE CHARSHA: 64, 119 Fenner Lane, Mountain City, died Saturday, November 15, 1997 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of Johnson County and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Edith Parsons Fenner. She was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Fenner, a granddaughter and a great granddaughter. She was a former employee of Melvil Shoe Plan and was a member of the Bethany Bapist Church. Survivors include two sons, Charles Williams, Lenoir, North Carolina, Paul Charsha, Mountain City, Tennessee, five daughters, Linda Lyons, Johnson City, Tennessee, Mary Alice Ward, Delores Walker and Connie Condon, all of Mountain City, Tennessee, Wilma Gobie, Lenoir, North Carolina, two brothers, Arthur Fenner, Maryland, James ?Bud? Fenner, Mountain City, Tennessee, three sisters, Julia Ward, Elizabethton, Tennessee, Mary Woody, Johnson City, Tennessee, Jane McCormick, Maryland, 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Chaple of the Percy-Hux Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Thomason and Rev. Frank Woods officiating. Burial followed in the Jack Shoun Cemetery. Pallberaers were Kevin Coudon, Edward Walker, Jasper Walker, Wesley Ward, Chris Clawson, Bryon Dunn. Percy-Hux Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
