    CRAIGE-REYNOLDS: Mr. G. Chauncey Reynolds of Principio Furnace, and Miss Pauline Craig were married at home of the bride?s parents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Craig, in North East on February1, by Rev. D. J. Givan. Miss Ladella Jones, of Philadelphia, was brides maid, and Mr. Drew Reynolds, brother of the groom, was best man. Guest were present from Philadelphia, Wilmington, Perry Point and Principio, to whom a wedding supper was seved. The couple left on a wedding trip to Northern points. After March they will be at home in North East. The bride was tendered a number of tasteful and useful gifts. (Cecil Whig 2/12/1921)

    Elizabeth passed away Friday, June 22, 2001, at Covenant-Cooper. Age 78 years. Pauline Elizabeth Reynolds was born July 23, 1922 in North East, Maryland, the daughter of the late Chauncey and Pauline Reynolds. She received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Beacom College in Willmington, Delaware. She had been employed by Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. She married Robert H. Severance October 11, 1947; he survives her. Mr. and Mrs. Severance then moved to Saginaw in 1949, then to Texas in 1957 where she worked with her husband in his company, Robert H. Severance Company, a machinery and cutting tool agency. They returned to Saginaw in 1985. She had been a member of First United Methodist Church, Saginaw. A son, Clifford Severance predeceased her in 1991. Surviving besides her husband are two sons and their spouses, Robert Severance Jr. and his wife Kathlyn, their sons Robert III (Amanda), James (Angela) and Scott and great-grandchildren, Robert IV and Katelyn; Kenneth Severance and his wife Susan, all of Texas; one brother George Reynolds, Maryland; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Arthur Reynolds.

    Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2001 at the W.L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev Dr. Haldon Ferris will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the City Rescue Mission.
