Winifred Wyatt Turner is the Mother of William Turner; His daughter is named for his Mother, which is customary for this era.
Nancy LeGrand married 1st J. William Allen. She then married 2nd William Turner and 3rd Dabney Wade. Winneford Sandford is administrator of James Sandford, decd. in 1835. Is Winnifred Sandford, widow, the d/o Sarah Legrand Vaughan, or Nancy Legrand Turner. Further: I theorize that Green Washington Turner is a son of Nancy and her first husband William Allen and took the name of his step-father William Turner?? This is theory.....
