Will of Claiborne Barksdale; I desire that the sum of five hundred pounds be raised out of my estate not herein devised and deposited in the hands of Grief and Claibourne Barksdale as trustees, the annual interest of which when raised to be applied to the maintenance of my son, William Barksdale, during his natural life, and in the event of his having no lawful issue at his death, the principal, (say) 500 pounds to be equally divided among all my children or their heirs, but in the event of his having lawful heirs, after his death and not till then, the principal to be equally divided amongst his children.
