Mary (Mollie) Ellen Thomasson was the daughter of John Sanford Thomasson (1836-1922) and Nancy Edwards Thomasson (1842-1921) of Henry County, VA. She married Henry Rufus Winn and had 11 children. The birthday on her tombstone appears to be incorrect. On the 1870 US census she is listed as 1 year old. On the 1880 census she is listed as 10 years old. On the 1900 census her birthday is listed as June 1869. On the 1910 census she is listed as 40 years old. Her NC Death Certificate in January 1914 lists her age as 44. I am sure that she was born 22 June 1869, not 1862. She was my grandmother's sister. REAMEY WINN
