      Nathana [sic] Walker & Edmund Hodges - m < 13 Jun 1757
      (earliest recorded birth of one of their children)

      In most on-line trees, the dau of John Walker, who married Edmund Hodges (actually, sometime before 1740), is named "Nephany", or some variant. Jesse Hodges, s/o Edmund Hodges, had a daughter, Nephany, who married William Bowling..... they moved to Weakley Co., TN circa 1860.
      Must be another John Bolling;
