Thomas Jefferson, Jr. married Mary Field and sired at least 3 sons, Peter, Field, and George. George Jefferson explores what is now Pittsylvania County and Franklin county, Virginia; sells some land to Peter Field, and Peter marries Jane Randolph and sires the future president of the US, and Field marries and produces Peter Field who married Elizabeth Allen.

    2. [S3] Mary Frances Reynolds Eggleston.
Judith Jefferson married George FARRAR (1695 ? 1772) From Thomas Jefferson Encyclopedia. Judith Jefferson Farrar was Thomas Jefferson's paternal aunt, the oldest child of Thomas and Mary Field Jefferson. She was born on 30 August 1698 in Henrico Southside, married sometime before 1725 (she is named as "Judith Farrar" in her father's will of 1725), and lived a large part of her life on the land deeded to her by her father in Henrico Southside, which later became part of Chesterfield County, Virginia. At some point (perhaps in the late 1750's/early 1760's) she and her husband moved to Mecklenburg County, Virginia; the exact date of her death is not known, but she no longer appears in county records after 1786.
