Reynolds; daughters: Debi Maldeis, Connie Grace, Vicki Herpick; five grandchildren: Amanda, Kayla, Alan, Josie, Nicole; four great grandchildren: Trenton, Jae?Lynn, Liam, Austin; brother, Ivan; Aunt Betty; cousin, Charlie; and Uncle Wallace. Preceded in death by a son, Elmer Jr. (Buddy).
A service to Celebrate Elmer?s Life will be Saturday, October 6 with Visitation at 11 a.m. till 12 p.m. with a Memorial starting at 12 Noon at the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 325 Susquehanna Ave., Perryville, MD 21903. Services led by Michael Caldwell and family friend Brad Sadler

Doris F. McPeak Reynolds (Dar-Dar)
Beloved wife, mother and mom-mom who was loved by so many. She was born on July 23, 1939 to the late Raymond and Lula McPeak. Doris departed this earth on February 24, 2024 at the age of 84 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Doris was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 66 years Elmer Reynolds and her two sons Steven and (Buddy) Elmer Reynolds Jr. Doris is survived by her three cherished daughters Debi, Connie & Vicki. Her much-loved grandchildren Amanda (Donnie), Kayla (Ryan), Alan, Josie (Jordan) & Nicole. Her adored great-grandchildren Trenton, Jae?lynn, Liam, Kirsten and Austin. Her devoted sons-in-law Mike and Walt. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Raymond and Rose. Doris? favorite job was being a mother to her children and a wonderful mom-mom to her grandchildren. She also enjoyed being a substitute teacher and working with children with special needs. Her favorite pastime was spent with her best friend of 70 years Elaine Patterson going to bingo and yard sales. Doris also loved relaxing in her recliner cuddling her companion pup Baby. Doris was well known for being a spitfire with her silly spunky attitude, always making sure everyone was laughing and having a good time. She surely never met a stranger in her lifetime. Doris enjoyed spending time with family and friends playing cards and sharing laughs. Many will miss Doris sitting on her front porch enjoying her coffee and her cigarette waving at everyone passing by. Doris will be missed tremendously by all who knew her.
Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life on March 16, 2024 at 1:00pm. Services will be led by Pastor Mike Caldwell held at Perryville United Methodist Church 325 Susquehanna Ave. Perryville, MD 21903. Those attending the services are invited to the reception that will be held at the Port Deposit VFW 520 Susquehanna River Rd, Port Deposit, MD 21904.

Ivan worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad and was employed as a Fireman at Edgewood Arsenal in the late 1950's. He retired from the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County, Maryland in 1976. At the time of his death he was employed as a security guard at Wiley Manufacturing Company in Port Deposit and was a member of the Perryville Fire Company for 54 years. Comments (Janet Reynolds b. Est 1910 Maryland d. Yes, date unknown): In looking at the children of Esther Id Cosner & Wallace Reynolds I noticed that the birth dates are wrong. Esther was my grandmother.
Janet Marie Reynolds was b 10-12-1942 and is still living.
Rosalie Eleanor Reynolds was b 3-9-1944 and d 9-9-2013 in Gordonville,Texas.
You are also missing my mother Betty Lou Baker (b 6-12-1934)who is Esther's daughter by Leroy Passmore Baker. She and Howard Baker were brother & sister. Betty was a stepdaughter to Wallace Worrell Reynolds and was in his household as a baby when he married Esther Ida .
